Remindomatic is a renewal tracker for licenses, IDs and other credentials. This page explains what information Remindomatic collects, why, and what you can do about it. It's written to describe exactly what the app does — not a generic template.
We never ask for or store a PIN, password, or other secret tied to any license — for example, Michigan's CPL renewal involves a PIN mailed by your county clerk; Remindomatic only records whether that letter arrived, never the PIN itself. If a field feels too sensitive to type in, leave it blank — the app works the same either way.
We don't use your data for advertising, and Remindomatic doesn't run third-party analytics or ad trackers.
Nobody, except the service providers that run Remindomatic on our behalf — currently a database host and (once connected) an email or text-message delivery provider. They process data only to provide that service to us, not for their own purposes. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
If Remindomatic is ever required to disclose information by law (for example, a valid court order), we'll disclose only what's legally required.
If you turn on Debug mode, Remindomatic keeps a short log ("outbox") of reminder messages sent to you, so you can check they look right. This is visible only to you, from your own account, and you can clear it at any time.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete it yourself at any time.
From the Settings tab, under Delete my account, you can permanently and immediately delete your account and everything in it — every card, reminder and outbox message — after confirming your password. This isn't a soft delete or a 30-day hold: the data is gone.
Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Sessions use a signed, HTTP-only cookie that JavaScript on the page can't read. Connections to a hosted deployment of Remindomatic are encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee against every possible breach, but we don't collect more than the app needs to work — notably, never the PIN behind a license.
Remindomatic isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, try to let active users know.
Remindomatic is operated by [your name or business name]. Questions, or want your data deleted and can't sign in to do it yourself? Email [your contact email].
